The Snidows Newborn session in Midland, TX

I went to the Snidows home in Midland, TX to photograph their newborn session, the latest addition to their family of now 5. Annie and James, the 2 older siblings were absolutely adorable and cracked me up. You’ll see what I mean on the pictures. They are enamored with their little sister. It really warmed up my heart to see them being so gentle with her.
When I photograph families or newborns more specifically, I always want to make sure that I photograph different groupings such as:
– the siblings together
– the parents together with their newborn if there is one
– each parent individually with their baby
etc.
As often is the case for indoor sessions I had to use flash but never directly on my subject’s face. I loved capturing the Snidows newborn session in Midland, TX.
