Located just a few minutes north of Dallas’s city center, Flippen Park is nestled within a beautiful residential neighborhood. The surrounding trees tower over the lush green lawns and seasonal blooms. However, my favorite features of this engagement photo location are the fountain and gazebo. Both offer a uniquely picturesque background for your imagery. And to top it all off? Dogs are welcome too!

Styling Your Flippen Park Engagement Photos

Having multiple wardrobe options for your engagement session is a great way to give your imagery a varied feel. Zoe and Matt coordinated a white look plus an option with a touch of color. Their first ensemble channeled the perfect bridal vibe with Zoe’s satin dress and Matt’s classic white button-down. The cherry on top of their whole look was the adorable bow and pearl detailing on Zoe’s white dress. 

For their second look, Zoe chose a flowing mid-length dress with a delicate floral pattern, while Matt matched her springy aesthetic with a powder blue dress shirt. This look was classic, yet romantic and the ideal look for a walk in the park. (They made it look that effortless too.)
